Would you like me to bake you some chocolate chip cookies? My daughter pointed to some and said she wanted it and it was so hard for me to not bake any! I will make some for her and send you the rest! How does that sound?
I just saw a DQ commercial and they had a HUGE sundae lookin' thing that makes my mouth drool! I would love to have a HUGE bite of that....dripping with chocolate, cherries, icecream....
I am going to have a drink of water now...
Hate me now? ;)
At the end of one tax year the IRS sent an inspector to audit the books of a synagogue.
While he was checking the books he turned to the Rabbi and said, "I notice you buy a lot of candles. What do you do with the candle drippings?
"Good question," noted the Rabbi. "We save them up and send them back to the candle makers, and every now and then they send us a free box of candles."
"Oh," replied the auditor, somewhat disappointed that his unusual question had a practical answer.
But on he went, in his obnoxious way.
"What about all these matzo purchases? What do you do with the crumbs?" "Ah, yes," replied the Rabbi, realizing that the inspector was trying to trap him with an unanswerable question.
"We collect them and send them back to the manufacturers, and every now and then they send a free box of matzo balls ."
"I see," replied the auditor, thinking hard about how he could fluster the know-it-all Rabbi. "Well, Rabbi," he went on, "what do you do with all the leftover foreskins from the circumcisions you perform?"
"Here, too, we do not waste," answered the Rabbi. "What we do is save up all the foreskins and send them to our IRS Regional Office, and about once a year they send us a complete **** to inspect our records."

TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.
I need to learn to make myself cry when I say it...LMBO
And one thing you HAVE accomplished is inspiring all of us here and helping to keep us accountable. So, perhaps time to log some exercise other than the Wii and to start tracking every single thing you eat on some website or another? What do you want?
No more of this "woe is me" crap either :p
Woe is me...
L8rr.

Next week will be much better.
Here's to hoping for a decent loss. :D
You're doing great man, we have bad weekends all the time, just keep to it.
It is not easy to go to gym 5 days. Run/jog in the morning and gym in the evening sounds great. It will burn a lot of fat from your body. Remember to eat well and good protein to build the muscle. Can't wait to see your change your name to Sexy King by summer. LOL
1. Work out 5 times (Monday through Friday). I know I'm going to be busy on Saturday and Sunday, so I'm going to try to get all of workouts in during the week.
2. Eat better. That means making smarter lunch choices and practicing portion control. Lately I haven't been able to eat like normal, so I don't think this will be too difficult. I also need to make sure I'm getting enough protein.
3. VERY IMPORTANT - watch my sodium intake.
4. Run/jog more. This is separate from my gym workout goal because I'm going to start running in the mornings, and then going to the gym in the evenings. I have to get really aggressive with my training to see the results I'm after.
Too much sodium last night at dinner!!!

There is NOTHING in this world more important than your health. Get your priorities straight and you will get it done.

*Changes are coming*
Sidenote: I can't see the pic of your car either.
And your diet is very important too -- make sure you stay away from the sugar, fried foods, fast food, soda, bread, and pasta. If you want to lose, you need to make the right choices.
You can do it Curtis, you have all the knowledge you need, now you need action!
For me, doing that takes away the temptations that result in poor eating habits. I don't even think about ripping into things that I know aren't going to help my cause since I invested so much time punishing my body. Eventually, I look forward to the workout because I feel good about myself and the changes in my body. As long as I'm hitting it hard, I'll continue to do the right things when it comes to eating. I know time can be a factor, but maybe an hour in the gym could be a little therapeutic release after a long day.
You know it's in you.
I started with a simple, "I can do this," which I would tell myself every time I wanted to give up or the name-calling would start up in my head. It might sound stupid, but I managed to overcome being sick (something that always sent me off track for weeks), long work days, and a less-than-supportive environment so far.
You have to BELIEVE you can do this, Cardio!

You said you are working 15 hours today...I am not sure what you are doing for a living but just remember at the end of the day, your life, etc, the company you work for is not going to care about your health. Your health should be one of your top 3 priorities. Always find a way to fit this in. Your health is always more important than working non-stop for some company.
Finally, I have a pic of my new baby!
I forgot to post the pics of my car. I went home and just crashed. The TV and my lights were on all night while I slept, LOL
take pics of the car?
Not to get back on track...
No workout plans tonight. I plan on enjoying the sound of the rain against my windowpane as I catch up on some much needed ZZZ's.
what are you getting???
I'm getting a new car. I signed all the papers and it's gonna be mine! WHEE!

; )
Have an awesome week.
M.
You can do it, and perhaps a positive of the late ... might have reset the body a bit? i.e. no routine, and perhaps enough shock for that graph to go down. Go for it. :)
I'm definitely feeling like my old self again.
Now if I could only get to my old weight again...;-)
1) Talked to an ex of mine last night and they look AMAZING! I shall not be upstaged!
2) I'm getting a new car soon. And I need to be lookin' sexy in my new wheels.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
and
HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Tackle the new day/month/year/life like a football player.
Good to be reading you again, btw.
